Krooz IPTV provides digital IPTV subscriptions that are activated immediately upon payment. Once a subscription is activated and login details are delivered, the product is considered used and non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you test your internet connection and device compatibility before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:
The service has not been activated or delivered within 24 hours of payment.
The activation details provided by us do not work, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate transaction).
No refund will be issued if:
You changed your mind after activation.
Your internet connection, device, or app configuration is not working properly.
You fail to follow installation or troubleshooting instructions.
3. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions are non-cancellable once activated.
If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may simply allow it to expire at the end of your plan.

Such cases do not qualify for refunds.
